Apply now for the Finance Analyst, Customer Service Finance (CS FI) position and play a key role in supporting the Customer Service Head of Finance in all aspects of the Finance function, as may be required. Collectively, the Finance team act as a business partner to other department stakeholders in driving finance and commercial aspects of business development opportunities and operational execution.

Your Role:

Commercial Operations:

• You are responsible for creation of Contract & Spare Part Ad hoc Billing & Monitoring of Billing Process to ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely & accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs.
• You are responsible for booking of New Contracts, Contract Renewals & Ext Warranty Contracts in SAP.
• You are responsible for monitoring of monthly cost development in running Contracts, to actively drive the achievement of CS Profitability targets and provide feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with actual cost development.
• You are responsible for liaising with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment related disputes in a timely manner to enable timely cash collection.
• You are responsible for review of Commercial Terms & Conditions in Contract offerings and Ad hoc Spare Part and Service offers to be sent out to Customers.
  
  

Period End Closing and Financial Reporting:

• You are responsible for accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to Zone CS Management/Country CS HOF/Country CS Head.
• You are responsible to maintain clean books and records in accordance IFRS and Local Accounting Guidelines.
• You are responsible to raise Month End & other Contract related JV’s as required.
• You are responsible to liaise with Auditors during Statutory Audits.
  
  

Business Performance Controlling:

• You are responsible to support the full Budgeting / Forecasting process for Orders, Revenue, Gross Profit and FTE.
• You are responsible for performing variance analysis to find out the root causes for positive or negative deviations in KPI’s to provide meaningful commentary to Zone Management/CS HOF/CS Head in the Country.
• You are responsible for preparation of various Monthly Reports covering HQ Fees, Intra Group Invoicing, Foreign Remittances etc.
  
  

Continuous Improvement:

• You are responsible to identify continuous opportunities to digitalize processes and create reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance of management information dashboards for both monitoring and decision making.
• You are responsible for continuous development to adapt to financial accounting changes and develop the necessary skills needed in the age of digitalization
• You are responsible for continuous efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• You are responsible to adapt to new SAP P58 systems, T Codes and reports available therein.
  
  

Your Expertise:

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Finance Operational role with exposure to internal Management and Customers in negotiation settings
• You are confident in supporting change management activities and continuous improvement projects
• You have experience in the field of maintenance services within the Healthcare industry, particularly Medical Technology or Digital Health Solutions preferable but not essential
• You have knowledge of working in SAP environment (FI/CO/SD/PS Modules).
• You have a degree and consistently outstanding academic record.
• You are ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or similarly qualified (preferable but not essential)
• You have working technical accounting (IFRS) knowledge to interpret and apply guidance in the context of the business scenarios.
• You have good problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly and explain to others.
• You have knowledge of Contract T&C to aid in the review of proposals and agreements to identify risks and propose alternative language to mitigate these risks to the business with support from Legal counsel.
• You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• You can communicate professionally in a variety of scenarios to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You can explain financial concepts to non-financial managers.
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
