Salary: 18K + 500 Mobile Allowance (Max Offer)

Job Description:
Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets)
Tagging and scanning of newly delivered goods / monitored assets
Issuance of items delivered to the requestor or end users
Monitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated daily
Maintains the record of all issued assets/items whether consumable items or capitalize expenses
Retrieving procurement references of each item for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processing
Conducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company
Checking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes
May be assigned to different TP sites as needed
