Job Description
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and properly documented.
- Receive and record check/cheque payments in a timely and secure manner.
- Encode deposit details and ensure accuracy of entries for proper financial tracking.
- Update deposited transactions in the ERP system to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor, manage, and request office supplies needed by the Finance Department to ensure smooth operations.
- Update and maintain finance-related medical records in the dynamic view system.
- Assist in the processing of checks, including preparation, verification, and release.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate superior to support departmental needs.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to every details.
