  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Experience in Automation is highly advantage
  • Monitor and Assist Machine Set Up and PMS
  • Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting
  • Basic PLC Programming
  • Monitor Service Reports of Service Engineers
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
  • Must know how to drive manual and automatic

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Resolving service problems and improving service methods to increase the service productivity and customer service
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
  • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use
  • Communicate to all suppliers local and abroad in case of technical issues of machines
