Field Sales Representative

Promote and sell construction materials, build client relationships, and provide product knowledge support to contractors and developers.

The Field Sales Representative will handle the sales and promotion of construction materials such as ALC wall panels, skimcoat, tile adhesives, and concrete solutions. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships with contractors, developers, and architects while meeting sales targets and expanding market reach. The representative should be knowledgeable in product applications to assist clients and coordinate with technical teams for project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell construction materials to contractors, developers, and architects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction projects.
• Provide basic product knowledge and support to clients (installation not required).
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• With or without sales experience (construction materials experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Willing to do fieldwork within Cebu, Mandaue, and nearby areas.
• Trainable and willing to gain product knowledge in construction materials.
