- With at least 2 years of work experience and has held at least a supervisory level from previous company.
- Preferably with knowledge in customer satisfaction and with good communication skills is an advantage
- With good analytical skills, diligent agile and can work with minimum supervision and grace under pressure
- With negotiation skills, relationship management skills and problem-solving skills
