Field Quality Assurance Specialist (Mandaue City)

The Field QA Specialists are responsible for performing Risk Mitigation activities specific to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

• Should have strong knowledge and understanding on the current company processes
• Evaluate and monitor Field Visits
• Adhere to any process improvement initiatives (e.g. Trackers, Violation Coaching)
• Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result to company loss.
• Reporting and creating tickets for challenges encountered.
• Stand as a POC for internal initiatives like QA Intervention, Adhoc tasks and Special validation/projects.
• Coaching and Mentoring Field Officers.
• Creating valuable reports based on the collated data and share QA insights.
• AdHoc tasks to help the team’s productivity.

What You Need To Have:

• At least 1 year of experience to an equivalent role
• Experience working in Quality or the likes
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality issues, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
• Escalate potential and fraudulent activities captured during QA Validation
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management
• Tagalog, English or Local Dialect spoken and written (our company language) Necessary to Local availability.
• Advantage if with motorcyle and updated Driver's license
