Essential Functions Of Service Supervisor
- Monitor daily loan releases
- Approve, check, sign and counter sign loan documents in accordance with the established policies.
- Underwriting of loan transactions (Main & OBO)
- Control and safekeep branch’s loan collaterals and loan documents.
- Forecast daily cash requirements for loan releases.
- Supervise, coordinate and review all aspects of the branch's lending operations to ensure fast, efficient and courteous service to loan clients at all times.
- Monitor and ensure that client’s problems/complains regarding loans are immediately addressed and resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
- Monitor Branch's OPEX Fund
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit on time to requesting departments.
- To perform duties & responsibilities of the Service Supervisor in case of leave of absence.
- Must be an Accountancy or BSBA Graduate or related course
- With at least 1-2 years work experience as Loan Assistant & Teller of the bank
- Must be willing to assign in any branches of AGRIBANK
- Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Good communication skills, oral and written
- Customer service skills
- Bank Teller experience is an advantage
