About the role
Sonic Finance Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Financial Marketer/ Financial Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. In this full-time role, you will promote financial products, build client relationships, and drive sales.

What you'll be doing

• Client Identification: Target individuals, SMEs, or large businesses for products like loans, credit lines, or leasing.
• Opportunity Analysis: Identify local market trends to create customized marketing strategies.
• Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via calls, field visits, networking events, and referrals.
• Product Promotion: Explain features, benefits, and terms of financial products.
• Tailored Solutions: Recommend products based on the client’s financial needs and goals.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns.
• Follow-Ups: Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.

What we're looking for

• Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop tailored marketing strategies to promote financial products.
• Skilled in providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships through personalized support and follow-up.
• Capable of building rapport with clients, explaining complex financial products clearly, and fostering trust to drive sales.
• Motivated by achieving targets and delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on closing sales and meeting business objectives.
• Background in sales or financial services is preferred, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized while covering a geographical area for field visits and client meetings.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have experience riding a motorcycle to travel to clients within the designated area.
