About the role

Are you a detail-oriented credit professional with a passion for investigating and verifying customer information? Fast TAT Credit Services Inc. is looking for a dedicated Field Credit Investigator to join our team in Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in assessing credit applications and conducting comprehensive field investigations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer data.

What you'll be doing

Conducting on-site visits and interviews to verify customer information, such as employment status, income, and assets
Gathering and analyzing relevant documentation to assess credit-worthiness
Preparing detailed reports documenting your findings and recommendations
Collaborating with the credit approval team to make informed lending decisions
Maintaining accurate and well-organized records of all field investigations
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Conduct verification of bank's client in a safe and timely manner
Credit investigation report will be submitted through link.
Can work on FIELD

What we're looking for

College level or Graduate of any vocational courses are welcome to apply
Knowledge on area roads and neighborhood
With or without experience in CI and willing to undergo training
Must have owned motorcycle, ORCR and Driver's license
With analytical and documentation skills
