Chat Support for Retail Account

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our retail clients through real-time chat interactions.

What you'll be doing:

• Engaging with customers through live chat channels to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information and support
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer concerns and deliver a positive experience
• Documenting chat interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer conversations and resolutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
• Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends
