- Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, job boards, etc
- Starting smart, meaningful conversations with passive candidates to entice them to our opportunities
- Screening and qualifying them before you pass them to us
- Booking them into interviews with our hiring managers
- Working with a team that respects your space and trusts your output

You're Perfect For This Role If You Have
- Proven success sourcing for Australian, NZ, UK, US, or Canadian companies
- Experience placing mid-level to senior candidates (not just call centre or junior admin roles)
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills
- Confidence in matching people to jobs and company culture
- Have strong screening methods and instincts
- A self-managed, get-it-done attitude with no need for close supervision
- You have limited or no experience sourcing and hiring Australian talent (essential)
- You've only posted ads and waited
- You've never sourced or had low success in souring passive candidates
- You're still learning how to do this
- You don't want to be measured by your results
What Success Looks Like
- You book high-quality candidates for interviews each week
- Your candidates are getting hired, not just talked to
- You manage your time, tools, and priorities like a pro
- You contribute to improving how we do sourcing over time
