Your Role
Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure the site's upkeep (cleanliness and orderliness), uptime (office functionality), energy efficiency, supplies/consumables availability, office safety and facility assets optimization.

Your Role
Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure the site's upkeep (cleanliness and orderliness), uptime (office functionality), energy efficiency, supplies/consumables availability, office safety and facility assets optimization.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, structures, and electrical systems, and identify areas for improvement
- Manage and oversee repair and maintenance activities, ensuring quality job and quick resolution of issues.
- Supervise technical trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, technicians) to maintain facility infrastructure ensuring completion of all service requests/concerns/issues with quality
- Manage the contractors staff onboarding for proper guidance on service delivery expectations.
- Maintain and manage tools, critical spare parts, and maintenance supplies to ensure available inventory.
- Participate and provide technical support in all site projects such as fit out, renovation, improvements and repairs and maintenance and ensure facilities as-built plans are up to date
- Assist with preparing quotations and tendering contracts ensuring commercial competitiveness and manage maintenance budget and coordinate with suppliers
- Assist in project documentation such as minutes of meeting, inspection reports, variation works, as-built plans, filing system, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in MS applications
- Able to communicate effectively
- OSH Practitioner is an advantage
- Smart Office
- Project management experience
