- Supervise the facility and indicate them to operate and monitor facility equipment
- Interpret information provided by BMS for facility performance monitoring
- Manage a service and repair team to coordinate ad-hoc works and assist in overseeing proper maintenance and repair works
- Get quotation from contractor in case outsource maintenance or other works

Job Requirements:

- Graduate of Engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering preferably Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, ECE or Mechatronics
- With or without related working experience
- Good interpersonal relation, communication & negotiation skills
- With initiative and can assume responsibilities
- Can collaborate with higher position
