Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facility Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our clients BPO office facilities in Metro Manila. The role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment while coordinating with various vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and building management for timely services
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies, tools, and equipment
  • Address facility-related concerns and service requests promptly and efficiently
  • Support office space planning, workstation setup, and minor renovation projects
  • Monitor utilities, expenses, and ensure cost-effective facility management
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on facility performance and activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 23 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting BPO or large-scale office environments
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with facility management systems is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, manage vendors, and handle facility emergencies with urgency and efficiency


Work Schedule: Onsite, office-based

Reporting To: Facilities Manager / Operations Manager
