The Risk Systems Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to primarily implement all strategy changes related to the approval process, services, and other Home Credit systems. The analyst plays a key role in all initiatives that directly impact Home Credit decision engine, ensuring that the end-to-end process (development, testing, quality assurance) of deploying desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.

What You'll Do
- Coordination with other teams in Risk/other departments for strategic inputs into the Home Credit decision engine, approval process changes, and other Home Credit systems
- End-to-end ownership of the Home Credit decision engine (development, testing, quality assurance)
- Requirements gathering, development and implementation for the customization of the Home Credit decision engine.
- Testing the implementation by data analysis
- Conduct post-deployment monitoring of the production environment.
- Understanding of mainly credit risk and different Home Credit credit products and their processes.
- Development support, testing and monitoring of other Risk-critical systems and strategies.
- University degree (preferred in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or IT)
- Fresh graduate is preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite – active user, focus on Excel (analytical functions, pivots, etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
- English language – active, as daily communication within the company will be in English.
- Ability to structure problems well and cooperate with different teams/departments.
