Facilities Technician | Davao Site

Position Summary:

Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all company facilities and air-conditioning units. This role ensures the optimum functionality of all units and the effective improvement of facilities in compliance with safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• HVAC Maintenance: Ensure and maintain the cleanliness and quality of all company air-conditioning units.
• General Repairs: Perform a variety of maintenance repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and professional fixing of building facilities.
• Facility Inspections: Perform regular inspections of furniture, fixtures, bulbs, lighting, electrical outlets, and restroom fixtures to ascertain they are in good working condition.
• Plumbing and Upkeep: Handle building-related repairs such as unclogging drains, toilets, and sinks.
• Structural Maintenance: Perform painting of facilities and move furniture or office equipment as necessary.
• Administrative Upkeep: Ensure the general upkeep of office administrative facilities.
• Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of preventive maintenance and work control programs.
• Collaboration: Work as a team member within the facilities department and all other departments.
• Miscellaneous: Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Certification: Candidate must be a certified TESDA NC2 holder.
• Experience: Must have at least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in maintenance or air conditioning.
• Technical Knowledge: Background in Electronics Technology, refrigeration, or air conditioning is an advantage. Knowledge of ducting fabrication is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability: Must be willing to work any shift.
