Job Description

• Controls factory lay out and equipment location. Set up manufacturing standard MMR, UPH and usage/k for Assembly and Test. Assemby/Tests capacity analysis.
• Control and update plant layout.
• Develop and create layout per project requested.
• Conduct time study on every assigned process
• Develop standard units per hour and KUPD.
• Analyze manufacturing assumption, set up time ,QA time number of site, jam rate, utilization, etc.
• Analyze and compare actual machine capacity and standard capacity
• Maintain Capacity Model data.
• Determine machine capacity and requirement per QOP/AOP
• Support all MPhil Sites.
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
• Establish the IE MFG Standard
• Space and Layout Planning
• AUTO-Cad Skills is preferable
• Understand process/ test flow and other production support
• Good Communication and team work
• With minimum 3- year work experience.
