Facilities Manager

OVERVIEW AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Manager, Facilities and Admin main deliverable is to effectively manage multiple functions of facility operations, maintenances, sustainability and compliance for a portfolio of buildings. Makes sound business judgement and recommendations to continually raise the workplace standards and employee experience. This position will report to the Sr. Director – Facility, Security, and BCP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilities Management. Daily management of facilities operations – create and publish standard reports, ensure regulatory and legislative compliance, monitor staff performance both direct and outsourced and working with each PMO
• Customer and Business Partnering. Builds relationships with key business stakeholders by monitoring and listening to feedbacks, delivers bespoke reporting for business-critical elements including services, occupancy, and facility improvements.
• Vendor Management. Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance and service to customers
• Risk, Legal and Compliance. Provide support for internal and external audits. POC for site inspections (BFP, PEZA, BPLO)

· Financial Management and Sustainability. Monthly accruals, expense report and forecasts

· Continuous Improvement. Identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools and techniques and ability to follow thru on implementing these improvements.

· Administration. Planning, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of facilities resources

· Resource. Provide support to project management teams in line with the services offered and business scope
