Manager, Retail Media and Partnerships - Financial Institutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Media and Partnerships Manager to lead efforts in acquiring investments from financial institutions for co-marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts.

Job Description

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key financial institutions to secure investments for co-marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external & internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and partnership goals.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to design and implement co-marketing campaigns or growth strategies that align with foodpanda’s and partners’ objectives.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of co-marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in co-marketing or collaborative marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
