A Facilities Maintenance is responsible for overseeing vendor maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of all projects. Responsible for scheduling and executing preventive maintenance for electromechanical systems such as gensets, UPS, air conditioners, chillers, FCUs, and fire safety systems. Manages internal customer requests and complaints, supervises inventory of electrical and mechanical supplies, and enforces building rules and regulations. Additionally, ensures up-to-date maintenance tools and keys inventory, supervises daily facility operations, and monitors incident reports to address abnormalities within company premises.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervises maintenance activities done by vendor
  • Ensures that all maintenance projects are met on time
  • Ensures that preventive maintenance of electromechanical equipment such as genset, UPS, aircon/chiller/FCU, fire detection and protection system, etc. are done as scheduled
  • Attends to internal customer complaints and requests
  • Supervise inventory works related to electrical and mechanical supplies
  • Enforces proper implementation of building rules and regulations
  • Ensures updated inventory of maintenance tools and keys of Admin
  • Supervises facilities in their daily activities
  • Manages incidental reports and ensure that any abnormality within the company premises is properly reported and monitored.

Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate of any Engineering course
  • At least 2-year(s) experience as an Admin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Understands safety, security standards, and operating procedures
  • Technically equipped
  • With experience in inventory and custodianship works
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practices with sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends if needed.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
