Facility Maintenance:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues promptly

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct safety training and maintain emergency preparedness plans
  • Manage security systems and access control

Budget Management:

  • Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget
  • Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Procurement:

  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts

Project Management:

  • Coordinate facility improvement projects
  • Oversee renovations and construction activities

Sustainability Initiatives:

  • Implement and maintain eco-friendly practices
  • Monitor and report on energy consumption and waste management

Administrative Duties:

  • Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Prepare reports for management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in facilities management or related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
