Job Description
- Organize all procurement activities relating to Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Handles cost analysis and vendor negotiations to ensure award recommendation considers quality, risk, cost, value, and procedural compliance
- Vendor management - ensures all 3rd-party services have active contracts and complied with outsourcing requirements and closely coordinate with the vendor on the completion of delivery and services and initiate facilitating supplier performance reviews
- Handles mandatory Occupational Safety and Health regulatory compliance items such as, but not limited to, mandatory reports, training & certification.
- Responsible for overseeing office operations, including housekeeping, inventory management, document handling, asset tagging, permit renewals, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Office Management or other related courses
- At least 2 years of experience related to office admin, procurement, vendor management and facilities management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be adaptable and flexible to handle various responsibilities
- Capable of addressing and resolving issues efficiently
