Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Define work allocation process
- Client Services and Management
- Performance Planning
- Identify KRA and KPIs across all F&A functions
- Performance Execution and Reviews
- Tracks performance progress vs goals
- Performance Monitoring and Management
- People Management & Development
- Monitors Supervisor's coaching compliance
- Identified training needs from performance reviews
- Reporting & Analytics
- Deploy Power BI dashboard for data visualization on key performance trends
- Client Escalation Management
- Deploy end-to-end process on proper client escalation management
- Leads Process Documentation
- Leads Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives
- Experienced in managing F&A Shared Services operations for at least 2 years
- Solid and thorough understanding of Finance and Accounting functions
- Intermediate level on Data/Performance Analysis
- Advanced level in both written and spoken English communication
- Intermediate level on Project Management
- Will most often be a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes or activities
- Serves as final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaches, mentors and trains others on the area of expertise.
- Ensures the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area OR support sub-function in the context of the strategy for the department.
- Ensures appropriate policies, processes & standards are developed and implemented to support short to medium term tactical direction.
- Leads a team of F&A professionals sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility
