Work across multiple sectors and projects, positioning our clients to optimize their assets, make investment decisions, secure funding and enable long-term sustainability and asset values.

As part of the growing Advisory team in Southeast Asia (SEA), we are looking for a range of consultants to join our Asia based operations servicing the region. Based on your knowledge and project experiences in either Energy, Water, Waste, or Transport sectors, you will be part of an integrated team focused on developing and delivering GHD Advisory profile and projects in the infrastructure market across the Asia Pacific region (APAC).

The key focus areas of the role will include:

• Leading and/or supporting the delivery of infrastructure advisory projects including:
• asset management and performance optimization
• sustainability, resilience and ESG
• technical advisory and due diligence mandates
• front end engineering studies
• project implementation planning
• market studies, analytics, and benchmarking
• commercial and techno-economic feasibility studies
• Managing the preparation of content for the development of successful proposals and tender documents, including management of multidisciplinary inputs and value propositions
• Providing and facilitating thought leadership activities on issues related to infrastructure development and trends in either Energy, Water, Waste, or Transport
• Act as Project Director / Project Manager for projects and pursuits including mentoring team and developing services depending on level of experience
• Working effectively across the virtual team and with other service groups
  
  

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience in contracting, consulting or client-side experience within the infrastructure industry across one or more of the following sectors: energy, environment, water, waste, urban development or transportation sectors.
• Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline. Candidates with a background in Engineering or a technical planning discipline will be well regarded.
• High level client relationship management skills including experience in business development activities leading to positive outcomes and tangible outcomes.
• Proven leadership ability for more senior hires with a successful track record of leading and developing team members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa, Mandarin) being well regarded.
• An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a virtual office environment and across geographies.
