Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our Healthcare BPO Call Center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, assisting with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information on services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. Average 200 calls per night
• Schedule appointments and provide relevant information to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible service delivery.
• Assist with resolving issues and providing solutions to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong Proficiency in English is a must, pay will be dependent on proficiency and experience.
• Previous experience in a call center or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
