Oracle Fusion Consultant :

Position Overview:

As an Oracle Fusion Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle Fusion applications.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion modules.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and understand their specific needs for Oracle Fusion applications.
2. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership on Oracle Fusion projects.
3. Design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
4. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications based on client requirements.
5. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and resolve any issues or defects to ensure a smooth implementation process.
6. Provide end-user training and support during the deployment phase to ensure effective adoption of Oracle Fusion applications.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional experts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
8. Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion product developments and advancements, sharing insights with the team and clients.
9. Offer post-implementation support and address any ongoing issues or enhancement requests.
10. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and methodologies related to Oracle Fusion consulting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) as an Oracle Fusion Consultant, working on end-to-end implementations and support projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, including but not limited to Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, or EPM modules.
4. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements.
5. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures, security, and integration capabilities.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
8. Knowledgeable in SQL will be considered a plus
9. Oracle Fusion certifications will be considered a plus
