Job Description

The qualified applicant will provide administrative, logistical, and personal support. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and event coordination
  • Prepare reports, minutes of meeting, and internal communications
  • Assist in both professional and occasional personal matters to support productivity

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelors degree in any four-year course
  • With minimum of two (2) years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Knowledgeable of interior design is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
