Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members.
  • Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff to ensure that highest quality service is delivered, and department standards are met.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. Review, analyze and adjust improvement of workflow and standards in the Executive Lounge.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Greet the VIP guests of the hotel.
  • Assists in VIP’s arrival and departure processes in the Lounge.
  • Checks cleanliness of the tables, buffet area, reception, meeting room and back of the house.
  • Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issues.
  • Ensures the Safety, Security and Loss Control policies and procedures are complied with.
  • Handles other responsibilities during the shift as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years as Duty Manager and/or Minimum 3-5 years in Front Office operations.
  • Have a good English communication skill both in written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Opera and computer literate.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
