To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless office administration and high-level assistance
- Lead and coordinate EA & Logistics team operations, fostering collaboration and accountability among administrative and logistics staff
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and liquidation of payments for all logistics-related services (including fuel, transportation, hotels, and travel accommodations) across company credit cards and executive expenses, collaborating closely with the Finance department to maintain compliance and proper documentation
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for executives and leadership team, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
- Source, cultivate, and negotiate with transportation, shipping, airline, and accommodation partners to ensure optimal service and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Implement strict conduct and confidentiality measures within the Executive Assistance & Logistic team with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the EA and Logistics functions, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Create and maintain the filing systems, trackers and reports
- Negotiate and restructure agreements with airlines, accommodation providers, transportation companies, and other partners to secure favorable terms, optimize costs, and enhance service quality through strong partnerships and effective communication
- Collaborate with other departments on various initiatives and projects to support overall business needs and objectives
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a logistics/operations support role, reporting directly to upper management or C-level executives
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision, mentoring, or project coordination within an administrative or logistics context
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and office productivity tools, with an aptitude for learning new systems
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
