Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive leadership of Exxel Prime Intl Trading Inc. This role ensures smooth coordination of schedules, communication, and documentation, allowing the companys top management to focus on strategic initiatives, especially in relation to ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics operations.

Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive leadership of Exxel Prime Intl Trading Inc. This role ensures smooth coordination of schedules, communication, and documentation, allowing the companys top management to focus on strategic initiatives, especially in relation to ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other confidential documents
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Coordinate internal communications and relay directives from executives to departments
- Handle travel arrangements, event bookings, and executive logistics
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Assist in conducting research and gathering business data as needed
- Serve as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, suppliers, or clients
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
- Perform ad hoc tasks and errands to support the executives productivity
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- With at least 13 years of experience in executive or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
- Professional, composed, and discreet in handling confidential information
- Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City
