Job Overview: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the HR function. If you have excellent communication skills, are highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks, wed love to hear from you.

- Perform inventory management of HR supplies.
- Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Manage biometric registration for new hires.
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related matters.
- Monitor clearance procedures for separated employees.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tidy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work in 7th Ave East Grace Park, Caloocan City
- Can start ASAP
