Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives and the Head of Sales, ensuring seamless coordination of critical tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, arranging business trips, and handling professional correspondence with top-tier executives such as Private Equity Partners, M&A Directors, and CEOs of software companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Executive Communications: Oversee email correspondence for Account Executives, ensuring timely follow-ups, meeting debriefs, and coordination of next steps.
  • Meeting Preparation & Documentation: Organize agendas, align on discussion points, confirm attendee readiness, and handle legal document preparation and signatures.
  • High-Level Client Engagement: Communicate professionally with top-tier clients, including fund managers, entrepreneurs, and executives.
  • Travel & Scheduling Coordination: Plan and arrange commercial trips, book transportation and accommodations, and secure at least three prospect meetings per day to maximize efficiency.
  • Sales Dashboard Management: Maintain accurate prospect details, track deal progress, and document clear meeting summaries.
  • Professional Growth & Development: Take on increasing responsibilities and evolve into a key contributor to the team’s success.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-growing, commercially driven organization.
  • Exceptional English writing skills with strong phrasing, diplomacy, and a commercial mindset.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to structure processes effectively.
  • Strong team player who can work independently and efficiently.
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and capable of impactful communication within the team.
  • Ambitious, bold, and eager to take on a strategic role in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and investing.
  • Interest in working in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
