The objective of this role is to support the executive in their day-to-day tasks

About The Job

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain Exco schedules and appointments
  • Prepare and file reimbursements in a timely manner
  • Arrange and coordinate department meetings, town halls and events.
  • Assist in the departments wide range of administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure that regular reports are collated and delivered on schedule. Prepare letters, reports, and presentations, as needed. Accurately record minutes from the meeting and helps follow up tasks and deadlines.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Assist the Exco with travel arrangements as needed. (Flight tickets with the travel desk, communication with the driver, etc.)
  • Record keeper for departmental reports and files.

What You Need To Have

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Amenable working onsite daily
