Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant to a Vietnamese Business Owner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support to the business owner in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications effectively.
  • Handle the processing of business documents, permits, and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
  • Serve as a liaison with local authorities, service providers, and business partners.
  • Offer cultural insights and adapt communication styles to ensure smooth collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Vietnamese professionals or familiarity with Vietnamese culture and work practices.
  • Basic knowledge of business document processing in the Philippines (permits, registrations, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Vietnamese is a significant advantage).
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
