EVENTS MANAGEMENT ANALYST II

Role Overview

Prepares and takes charge of implementing outreach conferences for doctors and lay:

• Support the team lead and assistant team lead in executing the unit's strategy.
• Act as event lead in UMED Continuing Professional Development activities for doctors and lay modules
• Assist in coordinating CPD activities with the partner division, faculty, and participants
• Prepares all necessary communications between UMED and other parties concerning his/her program
• Assist in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for innovation and growth within the unit's activities, and support team members in implementing new initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team lead and assistant team lead in fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners and industry experts.
• Help manage the budget for the unit's activities and ensure that spending is in line with business goals and is tracked and reported accurately.
• Prepare and report data to evaluate effectiveness of the event and make recommendations for improvements.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
• Provide administrative/clerical support for the day-to-day activities of the department
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate
• With background/experience in events management
• With experience in organizing events/seminars for doctors
• Has ability to process technical/medical information
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
• With good interpersonal skill
