Job Description

  • Contacts customers, adeptly addresses inquiries, and appropriately handles them, including field phone calls.
  • Manages internal events to optimize revenue generation while meeting internal requirements.
  • Oversees the general document production and distribution, and ensures consistent accuracy of activity records such as maintaining daily event boards and files.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a degree in Hospitality or any related courses.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in events or administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and meeting space capacities pertaining to health and safety procedures and terminology of meeting room set ups.
  • In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
