The Ethics and Independence Junior assist the Ethics and Independence group on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the Firm. The Junior identifies and assesses threats, puts plans in place, and decides how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks.

The Ethics and Independence Junior assist the Ethics and Independence group on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the Firm. The Junior identifies and assesses threats, puts plans in place, and decides how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in providing training to all Firm’s personnel regarding Ethics and Risk Management Policies. Monitor the attendance register
- Respond to international relationships checks through a Grant Thornton web system
- Conduct corporate family tree research for international relationships checks via Grant Thornton web system
- Monitor the compliance of Firm’s personnel regarding annual confirmation form
- Support various Risk Management compliance projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Management, Business, or other related fields
- Open to fresh graduates (experience preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to validate and corroborate information
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build productive working relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in risk management, control, compliance, audit, or business support within the financial or professional services industry
- Working knowledge of audit independence rules and regulations
- Familiarity with compliance processes and procedures
