Role: Estimator and Project Management

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Pampanga

Schedule: Morning Shift

• Perform detailed estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness of all cost assessments
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Utilize drafting skills to prepare technical drawings and specifications that meet industry standards
• Manage project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met within budget and on schedule
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience as an estimator in the IT and services sector or similar industries
• Strong drafting skills with proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
