About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Growth & Solutions Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key enterprise accounts within the restaurant industry. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth, deliver innovative digital solutions, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Growth & Solutions Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key enterprise accounts within the restaurant industry. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth, deliver innovative digital solutions, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within enterprise restaurant accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through attentive service and regular business reviews.
- Solution Consulting:
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery and seamless implementations.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to enterprise clients.
- Industry Expertise:
- Stay current on restaurant industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements.
- Offer consultative insights and strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or solution consulting—preferably in digital solutions for the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital products and solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, operations, and technology trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and highly motivated to drive growth.
- Experience working with large restaurant groups (e.g., Jollibee) is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams is a plus.
