  • Licensed Engineer is not required but a plus.
  • With at least 5yrs minimum experience
  • Designing & estimation
  • Project Management & Supervision
  • Department management & policy making
  • Oversee and managing all engineering group
  • Can manage opex of department
  • Must have an adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substation, installation of genset, busducts and transformer
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Center, Pasig City
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Job Title: Engineering Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Experience Level:
  • At least 3-5 years of engineering experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management and relevant industry software.
  • Technical expertise in engineering disciplines.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor engineering staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Office and field environments, occasional travel required.
  • Qualities and Traits:
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of critical decision-making.
