We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The project manager will be responsible for coordinating with the project team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of the project’s progress. They will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing changes to the project scope, and ensuring that the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the client.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Coordinate with the project team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of the project’s progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes to the project scope, and ensure that the project is delivered to the satisfaction of the client.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet the client’s requirements.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are met.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  
  

WHO ARE YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• With very good interpersonal and user management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. PMP or Agile Certification is preferred, but not required
• Experience in SAP implementations and deployments is an advantage
