The Corporate Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met. The role defines project scope, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, and supports performance improvement through effective project management frameworks and agile practices.
Job Description
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery to achieve timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
• Define project scope, success metrics, and milestones aligned with organizational and client goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (People & Culture, Product, Talent Acquisition, IT Admin, Finance, Admin & Facilities) to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and documentation to track progress and performance.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and escalation reports when needed.
• Foster team collaboration and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and improve delivery performance metrics such as velocity, throughput, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, governance, and documentation requirements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile delivery.
• Participate in post-project evaluations to capture learnings and enhance project management frameworks.
Required Qualifications
• Experience using project tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
• Demonstrates strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SDLC).
• Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimation, project scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience in DMAIC, 6S, Lean, or Six Sigma, with the ability to apply frameworks to projects.
• Background in APQP and project management standards.
• Demonstrate success in managing technical and corporate projects.
• Proven ability to multitask, manage dependencies, and lead teams in dynamic environments.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English with analytical thinking.
