Key Qualifications
Education: College Graduate (relevant degree is a plus).
Experience: Strong background and demonstrated knowledge across various HR Facets (e.g., recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and development).
Skills
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasing personality conducive to building positive working relationships.
Location: Must be willing to work in Davao City.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary of ₱23,000.
