- Perform all clerical duties as assigned.
- Receive, document, distribute and follow-up all work requests according to Standard Operating
- Procedure (SOP).
- Maintain an effective filing system for all departmental documentation.
- Co-ordinate/inform engineering management of any disruptions to service of any kind.
- Assist with pre-planning and attend daily engineering staff briefing.
- Assist with purchasing, inventory and issuing of spare parts.
- Document and issue preventative maintenance work orders.
- Perform CAD work as necessary.
- At least a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good at writing, communication, and customer contact skills.
- Service-oriented with an eye for details.
- Graduate of Engineering and Architecture is an advantage.
