We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree can be an advantage.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Safran, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles
• Has experience working in a multicultural environment, experience in Shared Services environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions within the scope, procedure, and guidelines.
• Structured, accurate, systematic, and committed to delivering within deadlines.
• Has result oriented mindset.
• Has good oral and written communication skills in English language
• Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company’s growth.
• Familiar with ERP and with basic knowledge of tools of trade use to perform the job.
  
  
  

Your mission

• Be of support to project work and contribute to the development / implementation of tools and work processes within the area of responsibility.
• Contribute to that at any given time required tasks are carried out in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and schedule.
• Participate in CTR activities and tenders both in studies and projects.
• Participate in and manage project planning, execution, and evaluation of projects.
• Participate in reporting and check of reports, documents, and drawings.
• Ensure that specific requirements from authorities, client and Odfjell Technology’s are accommodated.
• Report cost, progress, and deviations in project to client and Section Leader
• Preparations of project plans
• Establish and perform progress planning with trends and consequence analysis.
• Participate in bids and tendering work.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software (e.g., Safran, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Work with project stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create comprehensive project schedules with clear timelines and resource allocations.
• Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes and progress.
• Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure that resource allocation aligns with project schedules to optimize project efficiency.
• Assist in other departmental and team level projects and tasks.
