The Engagement And Communications Lead Is Expected To

Engagement

• Organize team engagement events ranging from small-scale activities such as Massage Day, to large-scale events like sports competitions and year-end celebrations
• Organize conferences and summits to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure event sponsorships
• Manage and execute town halls, overseeing all logistical details
  
  
  

Communications

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support organizational initiatives, change programs, and engagement goals
• Coordinate and deliver communication plans for major events (e.g., summits, town halls, learning and engagement programs, year-end events), collaborating with cross-functional committees and event leads
• Write, edit, and produce various content types (e.g., campaign messaging, newsletters, event materials, video scripts, announcements) aligned with LEEC and organizational objectives
• Build and manage a communications calendar, ensuring timely and relevant updates across appropriate internal platforms
• Track engagement metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of communications activities; recommend and implement improvements as needed
• Support change management initiatives by crafting clear and compelling messaging that aids employee understanding and adoption
• Advise and assist stakeholders in communication best practices, storyboarding, content planning, and message clarity
• Ensure all communications adhere to organizational standards, voice, and brand guidelines
