Employee Relations HR Staff

About the role

Furukawa Automotive Systems Lima Philippines, Inc is seeking an experienced Employee Relations HR Staff to join our team in Lipa City, Batangas. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the company's employee relations function, ensuring positive and productive relationships between the organization and our employees.

What you'll be doing

• Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution
• Assisting with the development, implementation and administration of the company's employee relations policies and procedures
• Conducting investigations and providing recommendations on employee-related issues, such as disciplinary matters and grievances
• Collaborating with managers and supervisors to address employee relations concerns and promote positive workplace culture
• Participating in employee feedback and engagement initiatives to identify areas for improvement
• Supporting the administration of employee benefits, leave and other HR-related programs
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR generalist role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proven track record of reaching fair and impartial outcomes
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations and best practices in employee relations
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation to support decision-making
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
