Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our candidates, guiding them throughout their assignments and ensuring their needs are met. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall candidate journey and improving internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Support:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, serving as their main point of contact for any questions, concerns, or issues.
- Act as a single point of contact for issue resolution, providing timely answers and solutions to candidate inquiries.
- Conduct weekly check-in meetings to ensure candidates feel supported and engaged.
- Complete initial check-ins during the first two weeks to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, guiding candidates on timesheet submissions and pay stub access.
Communication & Feedback:
- Gather and deliver constructive feedback to internal teams to continuously enhance the candidate experience.
- Educate recruiters on candidate expectations and preferences as they approach the end of their current roles.
- Document detailed conversations and issues, maintaining clear and comprehensive records of all interactions.
Performance & Offboarding:
- Provide coaching and counseling to candidates to improve job performance and reduce unwanted attrition.
- Manage end-of-assignment communications and execute offboarding tasks effectively.
Internal Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the internal recruitment team and offshore support office.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to manage referrals, redeployment, and retention efforts.
- Innovate and improve existing processes related to candidate experience and internal operations.
- Utilize ATS systems for reporting and documentation purposes.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Measure contractor satisfaction and happiness with their assignments, overall experience, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present progress reports and engagement summaries to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or candidate support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with VMS,ATS systems and reporting tools is a plus. (Beeline, Fieldglass,Workday)
- Must have US Onboarding experience
- Amenable to work 100% onsite and EST time zone
