- Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of all Electrician & Mechanical systems
- Familiarize with the property's main substation, power distribution system, lighting system and fittings.
- Familiarize with the electrical power and control for the property's systems & equipment.
- Familiarize completely with the property technical details of all electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services.
- Perform preventative maintenance as per schedule.
- Contribute to solving the day-to-day operating problem of the Engineering Department.
- Prioritize and complete work orders accurately and timely and keeps a record of all equipment and systems maintenance.
- Show commitment to all tasks, work & project delegated to ensure that completion targets are met.
- Liaise directly with departments regarding the completion of work orders and prioritize in order of guest satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance to other Technicians when required.
- Perform other tasks and duties as directed or assigned by your immediate supervisors.
- Experienced in maintaining HVAC and Electrical Systems such as: Air-conditioning System, Motor Controls, Refrigeration System, Electrical System, Low Voltage Switchgears, UPS System, FDAS, PABX.
- Basic knowledge in repair and maintenance of HVAC and Electrical Systems.
- Vocational Course in Industrial Electricity or Mechanical Technology.
- Preferably with NCII certificate for Industrial/Building Electrician or NCII certificate for Air-conditioning and Refrigeration -Electrical Technology or Mechanical Technology.
- Three (3) years minimum experience in Electromechanical works in a hospitality, property and facilities maintenance .
